Most of what we install out here goes into a house at the end of a road that was not built for a truck. Gravel drives, switchbacks, a turnaround that is really somebody's yard — we template and install in it every week, and our crews plan the carry before they plan the cut. If you are worried your driveway is the problem, it almost certainly is not; tell us about it when you call and we will come look.

A good part of our Sylva work comes through builders and cabinet shops rather than direct, and we are comfortable in that lane — we will coordinate with your cabinet installer on timing, work off their drawings, and hold a template slot that moves with the job rather than against it.

Sylva takes its name from William D. Sylva, who worked for E. R. Hampton on early buildings at the site. The town was incorporated in 1889. It sat on the railroad line, and in 1913 it was chosen over nearby Webster as the Jackson County seat.
