Working across the Tennessee line
The Ocoee and Hiwassee side is a straightforward run for our trucks, and we cross the line regularly. The yard is still in Murphy, which means you can drive over, walk the racks, and pick the actual piece that goes in your kitchen rather than choosing from a sample chip in a showroom.
Between bookings
A lot of Copperhill owners are working around a booking calendar rather than around themselves. Tell us the gap you have and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it — template to install usually runs about a week, and we would rather turn a date down than take one we cannot make.
Local history
A bit of Copperhill history
In the early 1900s the Tennessee Copper Company ran a smelter at Copperhill, along with a plant that turned the smelter's fumes into sulfuric acid. By then, sulfur fumes and the cutting of timber for fuel had left the hills around Copperhill and Ducktown bare. Lamar Dodd, longtime head of the University of Georgia's art department, titled a 1938 landscape Copperhill; the Georgia Museum of Art holds it.

Outstanding company with an excellent business model. From step 1 meeting with Joel and obtaining an estimate to step 2 measurements to step 3 installation by Pedro and Edwardo. Very professional, courteous, hassle free process.
We wanted to replace our counter tops and everyone suggested Murphy Granite outlet. We were not disappointed from the beginning to the install. Joel was our sales person and was very helpful and helped us thru the process.
